Kristin Rosenberg is an ACE certified personal trainer, health coach, group fitness instructor, behavior change specialist, sports conditioning specialist, and fitness nutrition specialist. She has been a fitness professional for over 25 years and is excited to bring her passion for living a fit and healthy lifestyle to you!
You can workout differently every time you train with Kristin. She loves to use a variety of different fitness equipment with her clients. She challenges her clients with Free Weights, Tubing, Fitness Bands, Bosu Balls, Stability Balls, TRX, RIP Trainer, Heavy Rope, Heavy Bag/Boxing, Rebounder, Medicine Balls, and much more. In addition to being ACE certified, Kristin has several other certifications/memberships that she can use to enhance each client’s fun and individualized training.

Kristin has a degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and attended the University of Pittsburgh for her master’s degree in Elementary Education.
In the 1990’s, she taught 3rd, 4th, and 6th grades in the Gateway and Franklin Regional School Districts. Kristin resigned from her teaching position in the Franklin Regional School District in January of 2000 when her first of two sons was born.
Upon her resignation from teaching at Franklin Regional School District, Kristin worked part-time as a supervisor of student teachers/interns as well as taught a course entitled, “Introduction to Elementary Education” at the University of Pittsburgh.
Throughout Kristin’s teaching career, she was also working as a fitness professional.
Kristin is happily married to Matt Rosenberg and has two incredible sons, Jake and Ben.
Kristin thrives on educating individuals, whether it is in regards to fitness or academics.
