Kristin Rosenberg is an ACE certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, sports conditioning specialist, and fitness nutrition specialist. She has been a fitness professional for over 20 years and is excited to bring her passion for living a fit and healthy lifestyle to you!
You can workout differently every time you train with Kristin. Kristin loves to use a variety of different fitness equipment with her clients. She challenges her clients with Free Weights, Tubing, Fitness Bands, Bosu Balls, Stability Balls, TRX, RIP Trainer, Heavy Rope, Heavy Bag/Boxing, Rebounder, Medicine Balls, and much more. In addition to being ACE certified, Kristin has several other certifications/memberships that she can use to enhance each client’s fun and individualized training.

Kristin has a degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and attended the University of Pittsburgh for her master’s degree in Elementary Education.
In the 1990’s, she taught 3rd, 4th, and 6th grades in the Gateway and Franklin Regional school districts. Kristin resigned from her teaching position in the Franklin Regional school district in January of 2000 when her first of two sons was born.
Kristin is happily married to Matt Rosenberg and has two incredible sons, Jake and Ben.
Kristin thrives on educating individuals, whether it is in regards to fitness or academics.
Sue Lomeo, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian (RD) licensed in in the state of Pennsylvania (LDN) specializing in nutrition for exercise, health, and weight management. Sue is excited to partner with Kristin and help each client meet their health and wellness goals.
It’s a perfect “FIT”…When you work your body and fuel it with good tasting, wholesome foods, you will find that you have the energy you need to get through the day feeling your best.
Sue completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition from Miami University and her dietetic internship at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She worked at North Hills Passavant Hospital as a clinical and outpatient dietitian and has since worked for Cardiac Fitness, Inc. and The Forbes Lifestyle Center. Sue currently provides nutrition services at The Club Sport and Health in Monroeville, offering one on one consultations as well as group wellness classes.
Exercise and nutrition are personal as well as professional interests. Sue is certified and teaches 12 group fitness classes per week including yoga, indoor cycling, water fitness, and strength classes. Her newest interest is Triathlon training and has competed in sprint distance and Olympic distance races for fun. She, her fit husband and three daughters live in Monroeville.
